IGN Live - Host Wrangler
IGN Live served as a first-time tentpole event as a "spiritual successor" to E3 and sought to cover all things video games and entertainment across a 3 day period at the Magic Box in Los Angeles, CA. The event featured exclusive coverage and culminated in 5,000 in-person attendees alongside millions in viewership across VODs and livestreams.
As host wrangler, responsibilities primarily involved utilizing the run of show to create schedules for 28 internal hosts across field packages, hair and make up, and several activations. Additional, impromptu responsibilities included facilitating location changes, edits in programming placement, and coordination of various external talent.
Microsites and Design
Responsibilities include project management, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders, copy creation, copy editing, development of bracket/scoring for contests and corresponding giveaway fulfillment
